Meet Arlene
Hi, I'm Arlene Hand, your guide in the world of Reiki, Meditation, and Hypnosis. With a passion for holistic healing, I bring a wealth of experience to help you achieve balance, relaxation, and spiritual growth. Learn about my journey, philosophy, and commitment to guiding you on a transformative path to well-being.
I am a certified Hypnotherapist and Energy Worker. Initially certified at Orca Hypnosis Seminars, then I earned my second Certification in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Group Process in April of 1993 at CURA Institute for Clinical Training. Alongside Hypnosis, I have been doing Energy Work for 30 years and recently became a certified Reiki Level II Master.
My Story
"Rising from Darkness: My Journey of Overcoming Alcoholism and Abuse". My journey began like so many others. Abuse and neglect from an early age and alcohol seemed to be the answer. But it wasn’t. I found sobriety at the age of 25 and truly found out what life really had to offer. I spend the early years of sobriety raising my children and doing an in-depth journey of self-discovery. From there I found I had a passion for helping others on their journey and started training in Hypnotherapy, Meditation and Process Work. I studied until 1994 then started my practice of helping others to heal and find their inner strength.
