The Foundation of the Living World

The central principle is that the world is a conscious, breathing entity. Everything, mountains (Apus), lakes, the earth (Pachamama), and human beings are infused with living energy.  There is no separation between the sacred and the mundane; every interaction is a moment of potential energetic exchange.

The Two Poles of Energy

The tradition observes the movement of energy through two primary qualities:

• Sami: The refined, light, and harmonious energy that sustains life and connection.

• Hucha: The heavy, dense energy that accumulates through stagnation, imbalance, or unresolved experience.

The path is not one of "clearing out" the world, but of constant, conscious reciprocity, the act of exchanging sami with the world and returning hucha to the earth for transmutation.

The Vertical Connection

Human beings exist at the centre of a vertical axis that links three realms:

• Hanan Pacha: The world above, the realm of the celestial, the light, and the refined.

• Kay Pacha: This world, the middle realm of our daily life, human interaction, and the physical environment.

• Uku Pacha: The inner world, the foundation, the depth, and the past.

The practice involves maintaining a clear vertical connection through the human body, acting as a bridge between these realms.

The Role of the Human

​

In this cosmology, the human being is an active participant in the health of the cosmos. Through the cultivation of unconditional love/will and wisdom/understanding, and work/action, we become conscious conduits. We are here to witness, to maintain balance, and to ensure that the flow of energy between the mountains, the earth, and ourselves remains unobstructed.

Ultimately, this is a path of mastering one’s own energetic state so that one can walk through the Kay Pacha with complete clarity, anchored in the stability of the Apus and the vitality of the Pachamama, Mother Earth.
